1. Acceptance

By using WhaleHalla ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

WhaleHalla is a free, independent tool that provides market data visualization, paper trading simulation, strategy building, and whale tracking for Polymarket prediction markets. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket in any way.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on WhaleHalla constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

4. Risk acknowledgment

Prediction markets involve significant risk. You can lose your entire investment. Paper trading results on WhaleHalla are simulated and do not guarantee real-world performance. Past performance of tracked whales or strategies does not predict future results.

5. Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. P&L figures, win rates, encounter data, and prices are estimates based on publicly available data from Polymarket's APIs and on-chain sources. We make no guarantees about data accuracy.

6. User accounts

You may create an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your WhaleHalla data resulting from compromised Google credentials.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse our APIs or infrastructure (rate limiting, scraping, DDoS)
• Misrepresent WhaleHalla data as official Polymarket data

8. Intellectual property

WhaleHalla's code, design, and content are proprietary. Market data sourced from Polymarket's public APIs belongs to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

WhaleHalla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions influenced by our data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
